Mr. Ansoalde has a Degree in Economic Sciences, minor in Mathematical Economics, from the Basque Country University, and a BsJuris from the Spanish National University for Distance Education (“Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia”), a Master Degree in Taxation and Finance from the Basque Country University, and he is a Civil Servant of the Group of State-employed Qualified Statisticians (“Funcionario del Cuerpo de Diplomados en Estadística del Estado) – currently on leave –,  and tax inspector of the Treasury and Finance Department of the Gipuzkoa County Council (“Departamento de Hacienda de la Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa”) – currently on leave.

From July 1995 to March 2002 he served as the coordinator of the journal “Forum Fiscal de Gipuzkoa” (i.e. Gipuzkoa Fiscal Forum) and of the collective work “Vademécum Fiscal de Gipuzkoa” (i.e. Gipuzkoa Tax Vademecum), and he is also the author of several articles published in the latter. He has published several specialized articles on tax matters.

He has been actively engaged in teaching as a Lecturer at the university, as well as trainer in courses and conferences focused on tax matters.

In the year 2003 he started working at the tax area of CIALT as a partner of the firm and being accountable for projects.

He is a tenacious advocate of Clients before the Public Administration and at Courts.

He enjoys collaborating in team work and his critical spirit allows him to add a great value when it comes to solving complex legal matters.
